Life doesn’t always go the way we hoped. You might be holding it together on the outside while quietly falling apart inside. Maybe you’ve been putting on a brave face for too long, telling yourself to “get over it,” but something still doesn’t feel right.

You might be:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out

  • Numb and disconnected from the world around you

  • Haunted by past experiences you’ve never fully made sense of

  • Struggling with low self-worth, identity, or purpose

  • Tired of people saying “you’ll be fine” when it doesn’t feel that way

Whatever you're carrying — whether it's something recent, something buried, or something you can’t quite name — you don't have to do it alone.

Counselling offers a confidential space to exhale, take off the mask, and speak freely without fear of judgement. It’s a place where you don’t have to explain everything perfectly. Where you can say what’s really going on — or sit in silence until the words come.

You don’t need to be “in crisis” or have all the answers.

You just need to start with where you are. I’ll meet you there.

How I Work

I offer integrative therapy, which means I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Together we’ll explore what’s going on for you, where you want to get to, and how to get there — at a pace that feels right for you.

​

Depending on what you bring, I may draw on:

  • Humanistic Therapy – a warm, relational style where you’re seen, heard, and valued

  • Trauma-informed practice – especially if you’ve experienced loss, harm, or stress that still lingers

  • Creative or somatic approaches like Focusing, Sand Tray, or body-based awareness

  • Spiritual or transpersonal perspectives, if you're exploring identity, purpose, or soul questions

Some sessions might be full of words. Others might include silence, curiosity, humour, or deep emotion. All of it is welcome.

  • Anxiety, stress, or burnout

  • Depression or emotional numbness

  • Self-esteem issues or inner criticism

  • Past trauma or difficult memories

  • Grief, loss, or life transitions

  • Surgical and natural menopause

  • Feeling “not like yourself”
